MPS offers generous fringe benefits
In "MPS offers uniquely generous fringe benefits," Alan J. Borsuk reports that Segal Co., a New York based consulting firm found unprecedented levels of fringe benefits offered to employees of MPS. For instance, full health insurance benefits are offered to anyone who works 20+ hours a week and employees who retire at 55 are provided the same health insurance as active employees.
